The company develops highly-secure chips for connected-device markets including mobile, IoT, automotive and cyber security. As part of these efforts, Winbond Israel worked with OZ to define an implement an enhanced employer brand. This involved research and an analysis of current Winbond employees, and the definition of a potential employee persona. From there, we went on to define messaging and a creative language for the Winbond employer brand, a mini career site, a LinkedIn page dedicated to recruiting, and a recruitment campaign.
